*Recipe for One Serving*


Ingredients:


1/2 cup frozen raspberries

1 cup cold brew hibiscus tea (cold water, tea bag - let sit in the fridge overnight)

1/2 to 1 tsp Anima Mundi Rose Powder - depending on how 'rosy' you want it

1 tsp ashwagandha powder

1 cup unsweetened almond milk

Pure maple syrup, to taste (optional)


Method:


In your blender, combine all of the ingredients until smooth.  


Pour the smoothie into your favorite glass.
