Muhammad Ali was a firm believer in the power of positive affirmations. By consistently repeating positive affirmations, we can train our minds to believe in our abilities and ultimately manifest our desired outcomes.

You can say your affirmations over and over every day as a practice to manifest them, but you can also write them down over and over. There is power in repetition and consistency.

I am a huge fan of Gabby Bernstein. I have done her manifesting challenge each January for a few years now and part of the challenge is writing down 'I am' affirmations over and over. I am going to be honest here, Gabby's manifesting challenge changed my life. I started it at a time of huge loss after my dad died. The written word became more important to me. The writing was a big part of healing through grief.

I have continued to write almost every single day, including writing down my daily affirmation.

Let's take this one step further to train our minds to truly believe in and manifest our affirmations.

Give this a try: once you choose your daily affirmation, write it down 10-15 times and read it as you write it down.
